8.1. Ownership
All content provided by RECA, including but not limited to:
- Videos, slide decks, written materials, diagrams and tools
- Logos, branding, platform design and layout
is owned by RECA or used under licence from our content partners.
8.2. Permitted Use
You are granted a limited licence to:
- View, stream and download course materials (where download is enabled) for your personal use.
- Use templates and tools in your professional practice, provided you do not resell or redistribute them as training products.
8.3. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Share course recordings or materials publicly (including on social media, file-sharing sites, or within other training platforms).
- Repackage or sell any RECA content as your own training product.
- Use RECA branding or name in a way that implies endorsement or partnership without written permission.
8.4. Use of RECA Name and Certificates
- You may state that you have completed a course and display your certificate on professional profiles (e.g. LinkedIn), provided it is accurate and not misleading.
- Any unauthorised use of RECA logos or trademarks may result in legal action.
